Dr. Ana Arias was born and raised in Fallbrook and is proud to serve the community that has shaped both her life and career. She earned her Bachelor’s degree and Doctorate in Education from the University of California, San Diego.

Now in her 30th year in education, Dr. Arias began her career with the Fallbrook Union Elementary School District in 1996 as a bilingual classroom teacher before transitioning into school administration in 2019. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to fostering high expectations, supporting the whole child, and creating learning environments where every student feels valued, challenged, and empowered to discover their unique strengths.

Education has always been a cornerstone of Dr. Arias’s family. Her children are graduates of the University of California, Davis, California State University, Fullerton, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), reflecting the family’s shared commitment to lifelong learning and achievement.

As principal of FSA, Dr. Arias is passionate about partnering with families, empowering educators, and cultivating a school culture where every child is inspired to reach their fullest potential. She believes every student possesses unique gifts and limitless potential, and that through strong relationships, high expectations, and meaningful opportunities, all children can discover their strengths, embrace their potential, and achieve extraordinary success.
