Our Principal

Ana Arias, Ed.D

Ana Arias was born and raised in Fallbrook, where her family has deep roots dating back to her grandfather’s move to the community through the Bracero Program. Dr. Arias was the first in her family to attend college, earning both her Bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of California, San Diego. She has continued this legacy with her children graduating from UC Davis and CSU Fullerton, and her youngest currently attending MIT. Her teaching career began in 1996 with the Fallbrook Union Elementary School District as a classroom teacher, and she transitioned to an administrative role in 2019. Ana values her diverse background and takes pride in serving as a role model for the students in our community.

At Fallbrook STEM Academy, we are proud to be a school that leads with heart, integrity, and high expectations. As a Leader in Me school, we focus on building student-centered environments that empower every child to lead, grow, and thrive. We believe in developing strong learners and even stronger leaders.

Our dedicated and committed staff works tirelessly to support the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally. We take pride in creating learning spaces that nurture relationships, promote leadership, and foster a strong sense of community.

We offer a variety of engaging programs, including STEAM opportunities, that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Our Bobcats are encouraged to strive for excellence, and we ensure they receive the support and care they need every step of the way.

Our students are amazing, and our staff is equally exceptional—working with passion, purpose, and a commitment to student success. I’m truly excited for what the 2025–26 school year holds.
